Psychotherapist and clinical supervisor
Courtney Berry, MA, LCPC
I’ve always been a naturally curious person, so my passion for therapy and helping individuals comes from a genuine interest in people’s stories; how they think, what motivates them, their relationships, their interests. I believe therapy is best when we bring our whole selves in and develop a deeper understanding of how we interact within the world. Outside of the therapy office, you’ll find me enjoying anything new; new restaurants to try, new places to travel, and new shows to binge!
I’m Courtney (she/her), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor at Ida Lillie Psychotherapy and Wellness.
I’m passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. My experience also extends to supporting parent-child relationships, eating disorders, and individuals impacted by domestic violence or sexual abuse.
With unwavering compassion, a touch of humor, and direct communication, I am dedicated to meeting my clients where they are and providing the tools they need to thrive. I see therapy as a partnership—an equal collaboration where we work together toward your goals so you can feel your best.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Illinois.
Specialties: mood and anxiety disorders, trauma exploration and healing, eating disorders
Courtney is supervised by Sara Vivens, MA, LCPC.
