Psychotherapist
Ebony Phillips, MS, LCPC
Something I enjoy outside of session is collecting records and watching TV and films. Even in my downtime, I enjoy analyzing characters from my favorite pieces of media.
I’m Ebony (she/they), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Ida Lillie Psychotherapy and Wellness.
The right therapeutic relationship can help you navigate life’s challenges and emerge more resilient and in touch with your authentic self. In our sessions, I provide a compassionate yet insightful space where you’ll explore who you are and uncover strengths you might not realize you possess.
My dedication to working with adults who grapple with self-worth and self-compassion is unwavering. Together, we will deeply respect your past experiences and confront the barriers that are hindering your progress, empowering you to shatter restrictive patterns and embrace a more enriching, empowered life.
I earned my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
Specialties: mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQIA+ communities, Biracial identity development, BIPOC communities
